Loooong movie. Old movies are so long. Next year I’ll schedule old movies only for days I’m not working.
This one was pretty good! It wasn’t what I expected, but I enjoyed it for the most part. I also was never sure how it was going to end. Someday I’d like to see a musical where the girl is obviously not interested and the guy actually leaves her alone and they don’t end up falling in love, but you can’t change the 60’s.
My biggest complaint, though: yeah he was a lier, but why’d he lie about the uniforms? He said there would be a stripe down the sides of the pants and there wasn’t one. Why do this?
Anyway. I’m very ready for February to be over.
