About Me

Hi! My name is Daisy. I’m a writer, tech student, and history nerd living in Maryland. I also work as a vet tech. Other interests of mine include musical theater, giant robots, and self-directed education.

Originally from North Carolina, my family and I moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE when I was 17. I never intended to stay very long, but I ended up living there (with a brief stint in Sharjah) for five years. I worked a variety of jobs and used the nice central location and major airport to visit Hong Kong, Russia, France, England, and Wales. In late 2018, I moved back to the US, ultimately ending up in Maryland.

Now, I spend my off hours baking bread (I was doing it before quarantine made it cool), skateboarding (badly), and trying to consume every piece of Transformers media ever created, unfortunately. I’m also in school part-time, which means I have a lot on my plate!
