I worked remotely with a small independent publishing team of three to manage shipping, supporter information, and social media and e-commerce accounts including Twitter, Tumblr, Kickstarter, and Gumroad. I built Excel spreadsheets to keep track of finances, contributor, and artist information and statistics; maintained all client contact information; and created shipping labels for all physical packages. I wrote monthly updates of shipping progress reports for crowdfunding campaign backers.
